How far in advance should I book?

What's your service area?

Based in Victoria, BC. We serve all of Vancouver Island and can travel to mainland BC for larger projects.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes. 50% deposit to book, 50% upon delivery. Monthly retainers billed at start of each month.

Who owns the video after delivery?

You do. Once you've paid in full, you own the final edited video and can use it however you like — on your website, social media, ads, presentations, anywhere.

Can I use the video on any platform?

Absolutely. You have full usage rights for all platforms — YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, your website, paid advertising, TV broadcast, and more. No additional licensing fees.

Can you livestream and record at the same time?

Yes. We specialize in hybrid events — your audience watches live, and you get a high-quality recording to download afterward.

How do I prepare for my shoot?

We'll send you a pre-production checklist once you book. Generally: confirm your schedule, notify staff or attendees if needed, ensure access to power and wifi (for livestreams), and share any branding or messaging guidelines. We handle the rest.

How many revisions are included?

One round of revisions is included in all packages. Most clients are happy with the first edit, but if you need changes to pacing, music, or specific clips, we'll refine it at no extra cost.

What if I need to reschedule or cancel?

Rescheduling is free up to 7 days before your shoot. Cancellations within 7 days forfeit the deposit. Retainer clients can pause or reschedule sessions with 48 hours notice.

What if weather cancels an outdoor shoot?

We include one weather reschedule at no charge. We monitor forecasts closely and will reach out proactively to discuss backup plans.

What equipment do you use?

Professional Sony cinema cameras, wireless microphones, LED lighting, and multi-camera switching gear. Everything is redundant and backup-ready to ensure reliability.

How long will my files be available for download?

Files are available via secure download link for 30 days after delivery. Need them later? We keep archived copies for 1 year and can resend links anytime.

Do you provide raw footage?

Edited deliverables are included in all packages. Raw footage is available for an additional fee if you need it for internal editing or archival purposes.
